About Medspalogy Institute

Medspalogy Institute was founded in 2021 by Matt Azulay-LaFever, MSN, APRN, NP-C. Matt is the President of H2T Skin and Laser Center, a medical practice devoted to skin health with 3 locations in the greater Boston area.

​Matt, also known as the Medspalogist, is:

• Experienced. Matt is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner Injector with over 10 years of experience as an injector.
• Credentialed. Matt has obtained Master Injector status.
• Educated. Matt has over 20 years of experience as an RN and now NP-C.

Matt is a skilled injector who considers himself a life-long scholar in the art and science of aesthetic medicine.

Since, 2014 Matt has been training and educating nurses and medical professionals in medical aesthetics. In early 2021, he created The Medspalogy Institute to support those who want to branch out and build their own medical aesthetics practice.
